Whether you want to get away from the office or get everyone still working from home together, we have the ideal private meeting and board room spaces, to enjoy with tea and coffee, buffet lunch or dinner banquet.
Our conference facility is split into 3 levels, with the option to take one part for a small conference, all for a large one or two parts for holding your event or training course and having a break-out area for group activities. Ideal for corporate conferences, training or activity groups like yoga.
You can hold your own exhibition with us and we can help you to organise stands if you don't have that planned yet. You can include teas and coffees in the lounge as part of your exhibition, which goes down a treat with visitors.

The Perfect Location
In the heart of the Waveney Valley, by the beautiful River Waveney, Harleston is an ancient, traditional market town with historic coaching inns, cosy tearooms, traditional bakers, butchers and delicatessens all serving delicious Norfolk fayre. The town centre’s narrow streets and quaint alleys with their timber-framed buildings tell its long story of town life over the centuries.
A short walk or cycle from the town and you are into the Waveney Valley, an area of great beauty and tranquillity with plenty to satisfy walkers, cyclists, photographers, artists and those just wanting to enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
With a diversity of artists, writers, actors and musicians living in the area, Harleston has a vibrant arts community and all these attractions are either in the immediate vicinity or within a short-minute drive from the town centre.

Staying with us
Whatever the reason for your visit and whatever the length of your stay, you will have the warmest welcome sleeping and eating in this delightful building with its original 16th century features. Our centuries old grand house with its lovely sign, the mellow brick front and beautiful ornate wrought iron is a recognised landmark, considered part of Harleston's royalty.
Our bedrooms are exceptional and our customers often tell us they had one of the best sleeps ever in comfortable beds with the softest of linen. You'll find your room a haven of relaxation with smart TV and all en-suite, whilst there is free WiFi in our spacious common areas where you can work or play online undisturbed.

Our menus are based around fresh locally sourced produce with seasonal variations. Norfolk with its climate, landscape and rich soil is a real horticultural centre and is also famous for its wheat, seeds, barley and cheese as you will see in the various delicatessens and bakeries around the town.
