​Accommodation and event bookings have the following cancellation policies:

​

• If cancellations occur more than 20 days before check-in, we will try to reschedule if possible and in either case, the  cancellation penalty may be waivered in discussion. 

• If cancellation occurs 7 to 20 days before check-in or date of event,, 50% of fee is charged as cancellation penalty, unless we can reschedule your stay or event. In which case a 15% charge will be added for having blocked out those dates.  

• In the event a cancellation is made within 7 days of checkin a penalty charge of 75% is applied or a 15% fee is added for rescheduling.

WE HAVE CANCELLATION PENALTIES BECAUSE ROOMS OR SPACES HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OUT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN TAKEN, ESPECIALLY WHERE LONGER TERM BOOKINGS ARE CONCERNED.
